When creating a new shop I get an error: Failure in SetLinkList(CDL1, NULL) - Unspecified error." Also if you get the following errors: SetLinkList(PTL1,NULL)unknown Error occured Q: When trying to import using the import wizard I get three error messages. SetLinkList(PTL1,NULL)unknown Error occured SetLinkList(CDL1,NULL)unknown Error occured SetLinkList(TPL1,NULL)unknown Error occured A: These error messages are related to the Microsoft Jet Driver package. The Windows XP/no SP installation comes with an old version of the MS Jet Driver package that has known bugs that Microsoft fixed in Jet SP6 and above, see... http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304536 Updating the MS Jet Driver package will fix the problem.
