Question Title When I try to add new products to my shop I get an error that says " Multimedia data base not open: Disk write error"
This error message can be shown if your PC has crashed when ShopFactory is open.
I have provided the details of how to resolve this issue below.
Could you please navigate to the following folder on your PC.


 Please note that this may be in a hidden folder and you will need to show the system and hidden files.

Could you please delete all of the files in the C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Data3D3 then follow the steps below to try to resolve this isuse.
1. Navigate to the windows control panel and select the add or remove programs function.
2. Remove all versions of ShopFactory from your PC.
3. After removing all versions of ShopFactory click on the start menu and select the run command.
4. In the run command line type regedit and click on OK.
5. In the registry editor click on the HKEY_CURRENT_USER entry and sect the software folder.
6. In the software folder please delete the 3d3.com folder and close the registry editor.
7. Please disable all firewalls, pop up blockers and virus scanners then download, install and register your copy of ShopFactory again.

After you have registered your version of ShopFactory please enable your security software again.
