Question Title I do not want my customers to have to "accept terms & conditions". How do I turn this off?
There is a Global Setting in ShopFactory to allow you to turn of the "Accept terms and conditions" page that appears at checkout.
 
1. Click on Settings => Global Settings from the menu
2. Click on Settings for this website => Miscellaneous in the tree.
3. you will see a box "Customer must tick terms"  - Untick this box to turn it off and click Apply Button and then ok button to Close.
 
 
4. Save and Preview your Shop.
5. Perform a test order and you will see "accept terms and conditions" does not appear.
6. When happy with the result, Re-Publish your website
